What is the return policy?

Return / Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your purchase to request for a return.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, either physical copy or electronic copy.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@beyonddepth.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address by you to 261 Waterloo Street #02-33, Singapore 180261.
When we received the returns, we will assess the matter individually before providing you an answer as to approved or not. It may take between 1-3 working days to provide you with an answer.
We may, at our discretion, to provide you with monetary refund for the returns, or store credits. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Our shop staff and management reserves the rights to make the final decision to accept the returned purchase. If your return has been declined, we will provide you an explanation as to why it was declined.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or goods that affects hygiene (such as defogger, sensors, or mouthpiece), custom products (such as made-to-measure drysuits or customed BCDs).
Products that has been discontinued, sold under clearance, or discounted more than 10% off are unfortunately non-returnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We understand that you may make a purchase on behalf of a friend, or giving it as a gift. As such, its okay to make exchanges.
We ask that you inform us beforehand before completing the purchase, and provide us a date that you can make the exchange. Please note that we do not allow any exchange after 1 month from purchase date.
I cannot find the product, or size not available.
Our selection of products is readily accessible in-store or online. If you're unable to find what you're looking for, please get in touch. Some items may require pre-ordering due to high demand, with an upfront deposit being necessary.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
